If your order is submitted or you have contacted us on Wednesday before 12pm (midnight) then you can start the upcoming week.

Every Wednesday our menu for the coming week is posted on our Facebook page.

Within reason, we can substitute your dislikes.

At Sign up you can inform us if you have any preferences. For example, if the menu says Shrimp Stir Fry, and you have a shrimp exclusion, you would get Stir Fry with a different protein in its place. Our kitchen staff can personalize your meals to suit your specific needs (again, within reason).

IMPORTANT:
If you have a food allergy, please let us know in advance. Our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen where we use a variety of ingredients, therefore, we cannot provide any guarantees when it comes to allergies. We make every effort to avoid cross contamination, unfortunately we cannot accommodate severe allergies or allergies to herbs and spices.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. You will also receive an invoice within 24 hours of submitting your order. Payments are done online within 48 hours after receiving your invoice. Be sure to check the order confirmation for accuracy and let us know if anything is incorrect.

Our meal plans are designed with a specific goal in mind. On our meal plans page there is a description of what each meal plan was designed for and how much food source each meal contains. If you are unsure of which option is right for you, WhatsApp us at +5999 5206627 and one of our team members will point you in the right direction.

Minimum orders on meals are 5. You can also order our snacks and cold pressed juices separately. We also offer a ‘variety pack’ to try our meals, snacks and juices.

Unfortunately, you cannot combine meal plans. If you wish to receive different diets in different sizes throughout the week, then you will have to order these separately.

You can’t combine vegan, balanced and pescatarian diets in a week’s order.
(example: you cannot order a vegan meal for Monday, pescatarian for Tuesday and Wednesday and balanced for the remaining two days).

In a meal plan, you can’t combine small, medium and large meal sizes in a week’s order. You can order these separately.

You CAN mix & match (choose) meals in your meal-plan, as long as it concerns the same size and same diet. Prices for mix & match meals will be calculated per meal.

You CAN change your diet and/or meal size every week.
(example: week 1 you order from our vegan menu, week 2 from our balanced menu etc.)
